No I think Jian yi meant Xixi never mentioned he had a sister and Jian yi only found out a couple days ago. So like he's saying "btw, why did you never tell me you had ago sister when we were kids"

Well in page 1 Jian yi said " ooh your sister" so he knows her. I think he meant that he wants to come see her again ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Ch.189 just explained why Jian-yi didn't know sister in Ch.70.
