She was obsessed with her father to the point that he divorced her because he couldn't stand her anymore (that's where his trauma of seeing her daughter and abuse comes from). Her mother ended up transforming Vio into a boy because she wanted her to look like his father and poured her anger on her to the point where some mention that she sexually abused her (very horrible).
Once his father took Vio when her mother died, he couldn't stand seeing her because of her resemblance to his mother and her stepmother also became obsessed with her (all idiots). Living in a house where she is neglected and her stepsister (asshole) living in her own fantasy, Vio in her first life thought that by marrying the prince Claudia she would have all that love that she needs.
