I think the Seme was blonde? And significantly taller than Uke.
I don't think it's a whole series, but maybe just a few chapters from another Manga?
The Uke is the son of a gay bar owner, he works there part time, while the Seme is a crossdresser working at the same gay bar. The Seme falls in love with the Uke and the dad supports.
