Yep, I agree with the other commenter! Take your time to do some research. If you can, talk to someone of authority — I'm not sure where you're from, but if you have public social services, you can start asking from there. It might take some time to find the right therapist and treatment, so don't be discouraged if you feel like you aren't "getting better" even after starting. YA'LL if anyone starts hesitating about going to therapy because of what happens in ch. 53 PLEASE KNOW THAT WE DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE ELSE ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY DURING SESSIONS LMAOOOOO but it kinda fits his character so ┑( ̄Д  ̄)┍
