yashiro took them from kageyama(the doctor) in highschool cus he was in love w him and he always kept them. then doumeki had to go to yashiros place to get a gun or smt and he saw the lenses and realised they had kage's initials and that yashiro had feelings for kage so he stole them
I actually still don't quite understand his facial expression when he saw the lenses. He almost seems confused to me? But it doesn't seem like he cares about the lenses themselves. He's come so far from yearning for his first love.
