some one jinxed him probably. maybe he dumped someone and they jinxed him. he didn't believe at first but then kept losing. so he just made himself believe that he really was jinxed
now thats kinda reasonable and believable but i think his parents prolly jinked him idkk ╮(￣▽￣)╭
maybe he fell for someone so deep rooted, he developed some mental trauma from it, turned into a jinx. Someone broke him for sure
he does look broken. I also think that he is an orphan and was never loved, and all he knows is to fight for what he wants. so he doesn't know how to love.
could also be the reason why he doesn't stop training in spit of his injury. he's scared.
