yeah in the earlier chapters commenters were thinking that the one guy she mentioned to tarou offhandedly was actually the father
Theory... I think the reason she doesn't want them to do a DNA test is because the kid is actually not from them. The actual father is probably some trash and she wanted to protect her daughter. So she picked the least worst of her bedmates who happen to conveniently fit the timeline.
