Ren isn't a dog, it's indeed just a form. He gets a body later in the game, but he's sort of a part of aoba that got seperated??? It's a kinda hard to explain （/TДT)/ , and i'm sorry if this doesn't make any sense, but you can just see him as that person in the manga

I know quit a bit about dramatical murder, but sadly ive never been able to play the game. so I was wondering, is ren legitimately a dog, or is it just a form? not judging but it was just bothering me a bit because I kept thinky that ren was a really cute dog...and them BOOM they are rubbing dicks, and then irl he is a dog again.....so if anyone would be willing to enlighten me that would be awesome.
