Yet ... What is the Stigma about?!?

I actually don't get why the title is Stigma but when the latest chapter released, I searched the meaning after reading the latest chapter and that's how I understand why the title is "Stigma". I'll reread later but I STILL didn't get it the first time. I know the definition of Stigma, a long time ago.
