It’s probably Shounen Ai, since it’s produced by a Chinese person. Idk, I haven’t read it but it’s just most of the times when it’s written by a Chinese person it’s def not yaoi. Probably due to regulations the Chinese government has or something, but if there is it wouldn’t be very direct like yaoi. Probably have the photo of a hand but nothing too direct.
