he really needs help from an adult. like wdf is his mom doing fully moving and settling down in a country with an 8 hour time difference??? she acts so concerned about his condition but if she really cared she wouldnt abandon him leaving him to fend for himself. neglect from parents like that in en anything pisses me off but like dude has a potentially life threatening heart condition?!??!?!
