Luca is against the proposal since he thinks Rudeiger is a cold person who can’t love anyone. Their relationship the first time around was a lot of Luca trying to appeal to him, but Rudeiger not knowing how to be a good uncle even though he literally died for Luca.
Luca is probably against the proposal because he thinks that Rudeiger could die again like in the past and wouldn’t want his aunt to suffer
