the possibility isnt as high as you make it seem, although it said there will be a digital bonus a lot of mangas bait with mpreg and never actually go through with it. something as simple as world building around a genre that is known for mpreg or using a breeding or pregnancy fetish as dirty talk and implying that there will be babies is very common. this manga is also not as popular as others in this category

if they don't get pregnant in the extras it's a really good possibility that this manga is gonna have a second volume,it was very popular and I see everyone wanting to see their babies,I hope I'm right
