But abeno has authorization to be there.... he has some kind of position in the underworld... normal demons respect him when they heard that he is the master of mononokean (cant remember if thats what it called) even the the 3 leaders kind of respect him because he has the position there (even tho he is low level position than them but i think his position is special).. but ashiya is just an employee, means same level of normal demons... and if he can overpower the 3 leaders means he is a threat for every demon.. they will kill or band him to go to underground...

Actually Abeno as a human with abilities trained under the previous Mononokean master (a true demon) and he had to kill that master or at least thats what was hinted in the earlier chapters. In other words Abeno inherited his position by killing a demon hence the distrust from the executive in those humans with abilities and on top of that they are above the law as mononokean master and employe...
