this is so terribly written it’s honestly shocking. ml is truly a disgusting piece of shit. but the worst part is that both of the rapes were completely glossed over. when ml told mc that he didn’t know the man that was in his bed and he believes he may have been drugged mc didn’t give it a single thought. is it bc he’s actually so upset about seeing ml with another man that he can’t care? or is it bc the author is trying to imply that ml was lying or at least mc thought he was (i thought the man looked like the same guy that was in ml’s office before)? when ml brings it up again mc still refuses to listen and i still don’t understand what the author is trying to express. and then when ml rapes mc it’s almost completely glossed over until ml shows up and tries to apologize for “how he acted”, never admitting to what he did. all the while mc never confides in his friends or his brother and we don’t see him think to himself about it either, until he gets a flashback while trying to hook up with someone else (btw did he apologize to that guy for pushing him off or explain to him why he did? it’s just left unresolved) and even then it still isn’t in any of mc’s inner dialogue. is the author even going to bring it up again? or is it going to continue being ignored while they use this hospital scare to bring them together again.
People who had read the original novel said that in fact ML did cheat and it wasn't his first time with the dude either. The artist probably tried to make an adjustment to make it look less worse. But yeah, the execution is bad.

Novel? Where can I read the novel in English? Zuzu
The information about the novel should be in some of the earlier comments. I think they mentioned there was even a tv series or movie based on the source novel.
