well if i remember correctly, at least in this scene, he trusted ganrui and accused ranran of poisoning him and literally beat him till he couldn't stand up. then when the doctor came and said it was indigestion, the doctor wanted to help ranran who was almost unconscious on the ground. ye linghan didn't let the doctor even touch him tho, saying that nobody can touch what belongs to him. afterwards when he took ranran to their room and took care of him he still wanted ranran to apologise to ganrui even though it turned out to be just indigestion saying that he scared ganrui and should be ashamed.
generally ye linghan seems to be much nicer than in the novel where he was way more aggressive and violent.

well in short, there's just more abuse and confinement. ye linghan eventually finds out that ranran is pregnant. ji ran tries to run away and ye linghan catches him and tells him that if does it again he'll break his legs, and that he belong to him and they'll be together forever. ranran finds out that his trash parents aren't actually his biological family and he's actually yun yi, young master and heir to the yun family clan in another country where the ye family's power doesn't reach. his family tries to help him to run away again but ye linghan stops him right before they leave the country and takes him back. he then injects something into ji ran so that he becomes paralyzed below the knee and can't walk anymore becoming wheelchair bound.
ye linghan then finds out that gan rui's baby isn't actually his and makes him have an abortion and breaks off their marriage. he wants to re marry ji ran because he's gonna have his actual baby but ji ran refuses. when ranran goes to give birth, his family helps him, they exchange the baby for a dead one so that ye linghan thinks their baby died and during the surgery they also return his ability to walk. before they can leave the country with the baby though, ye linghan finds out that his baby is still alive and takes him from the yun family. ji ran manages to run away from the country without his baby.
going crazy without his baby, his family forces a surgery on him so that he goes back from alpha to omega and forgets all about his past life in that country, including ye linghan and his own baby.
he know thinks he's just the young master of the yun family who's always been an alpha and a few years passess. bored he takes on the gig of being an agent for his very popular idol friend. for one of his shoots he has to go with him to ye linghan's country. during the reality show shoot in a kindergarten he meets his son who he of course doesn't remember but they both feel like they don't want to separate from each other. ye linghan finds out about ji ran from a broadcast of the show and they meet. he begs ji ran to come back to him but yun yi doesn't remember anything.
then comes like two hundred chapters of him regaining his memories, ye linghan begging and groveling for him to come back because he can't live without him and also a lot of other shenanigans (mc basically gets a harem where a lot of guys want him but he doesn't want anybody and so us progressively more and more annoyed by everyone). i can't remember how exactly it ends but he gets back with ye linghan so that he can be with his child and there's no more abuse because ye linghan really regrets (lol) what he did to ji ran and is scared of losing him again. the novel has like 500 chapters but the rest is really about the main couple anymore (though they sometimes appear) and features the other characters from ji ran's 'harem' who he didn't end up with.

sorry that it's so long but the story is really convoluted. if you want more spoilers try going on the novel updates forum they usually have a lot of spoilers for danmei novels.
but yeah it's basically like 100 chapters of pure heartbreaking abuse and then 200 chapters of ye linghan groveling so that he gets ji ran back. classic bl toxicity i wouldn't read it again honestly.
but the manhua seems a lot milder so far compared to the novel when it comes to how ye linghan treats ranran so maybe it won't be as bad as in the novel (copium)
