Yes, but That's the point. If he doesn't get stronger he cant defeat the old dog Baskerville, he's not the head of a big clan for free, his underlings and allies will come at Vikir too. Now the story is nurturing a place for him to go after his revenge, that will come at some point.
He’s ‘dead’ why would they go after a dead person? The story has been nurturing for him some time now. I was waiting for something to happen and I got excited when the saint plot came for something other than the forest but everything keeps going back to the forest
