To explain, what I got from the story was...
In the end, the marriage to Kento was staged for the public. They did not sign any papers and weren't actually married. In fact, they didn't have any kind of relationship like that at all. They were just roommates, co-workers, and possibly friends. Remember the "Libra of the Goddess" pair of bracelets? He told her when he gave it to her that the fate of the couple is in their own hands. He gave his bracelet to Koudai, which pretty much symbolized him handing over Tsumire. So, in the end, Kento gave up to make Tsumire happy. I don't believe Tsumire married Koudai, at least not before the story ended. If so the author would have showed it somehow (theyr'e not wearing rings or anything)... There is one more chapter. However, it is an extra titled Step 14.5 so it's supposed to take place before the ending.
