No, it’s not advisable for a male omega to give birth more than 3. It’s the reason why Aelock became addicted to pills, the pain of repeated pregnancy and giving birth put a lot of strain on his body. It must be the IF stories, its a continuation of book 1.
The only thing I remember from the novel was the last chapter that described their happy ending in the third universe. With their SIX kids. I’m unsure if it was the last but that laws what made me still want to read this going forward
