Multiple endings happen with web novels sometimes. It's quite common for isekai webtoons to refer to multiple ending options when the basis for the world was a webnovel, just like if it were a harem video game.
it has an interesting starting plot but it's kind of a shame that she isn't going to become a butch lesb in the end :.) since it is labeled as romance i wonder who'll be the ML though
