I looked and honestly nothing really? MC looks jealous but nothing major happens/they reconcile and honestly look more lovey dovey. Right after this though MC sister(?) comes and is a b!tch, slaps MC, and ML comes and defends him. All my interpretation with no translation looking at raws btw
