Now answer to your questions: if you look at mangago updates you'll see there's some official translation and all others are regular translation.
These regular translation are directly google translated.. and officials are official translation from tappytoon (if I remembered correctly). Official translation doesn't have significant changes it's just more refined & less censored -﹏-
But officially only 43 chapter has been released. You can use mangatoto to read free official translated chapters or use official name of the comic: Twin Flames of Destiny

actually clicking the ch. site you sent me worked, but no translation.
