The mc is a horror novel writer and the ml is the reader of the novel, who also happens to be his neighbour, and can see the ghosts that appear in the novel in real life. The mc also sees these ghost but only when he is together with the ml.
They both are spooked out but the mc feels somewhat responsible for the ml's sufferings and decides to help him and thus they both stay close together to figure the situation out and eventually develop feelings for eachother.

I remember this one shounen ai manhwa where the mc can see ghost and scared of them. And he have a neighbour that when he coming over to his place, he can see the ghost too.
Honestly I don't really remember the detail but both of them are scared of ghost so they stay close and develop some feelings for each other.
