Which is why I feel like he is- i don’t wanna get too deep into what I think cuz he could just be a lil tipsy… but a big man like him with just a sip? I don’t know…
It depends on the dose of alcohol that was in that cup seeing as he gulped the full cup and started coughing afterwards. It’s still possible to be tipsy with a cup and that amount of alcohol knowing that he doesn’t drink at all.
That would make sense- if he’s just tipsy it doesn’t really show but he is acting a little weird.
