From what I understand, he does like him. The thing sung ho is not sure about is their situation. Cuz what his friend is true, about Korea and the older gens being conservative. Dressing up a little more feminine is different from being with a guy. I think he fears that something could go wrong and they end up hurting each other, or maybe putting baby girl at risk.
