Bc of the dialogue/chemistry between mc and ml. Mc had spice, he had a bite to him, he was self-aware. And I loved that his suicidal tendencies/depression wasn't the defining attribute of his character. It was refreshing.
It was really funny to me in some moments. But then their relationship would take this not-this,not-that gray area aspect to it that goes almost all the way to the end? That is somehow accounted to the mc failing to read the room and ml not communicating anything. It grew old and was tiring.
Also, the development of their feelings seemed super shallow to me that I didn't believe they actually liked each other for most of it. Like yeah they had good sexual chemistry but what else was there? We were intentionally kept in the dark about ml's feelings until very late into the story and I felt that was a waste because ml was a very good ml imo.
But the pacing, even just for a single chapter felt very Jumpy to me. Idk if it was the translation or the paneling, but it wasn't a very smooth ride.
The ending, too. Ah but what use is there to complain about that.
