Yup , it isn't a great manga (I just skimmed it) but the author have a good grasp on psychological aspects of the story even though it's just a one shot they were able to show what kind of manga this is .... I think the author would be able to make great work IF they change their pairing and something more.....
i'd say it's good based on the execution. it's an intriguing exploration of the line between love and hate, and i wish there are more chapters for the author to truly dissect the mc's psyche
