So it was high time for him to come to Noah, since you can see Noah is struggling really hard to provide for them both while paying for SiYeon's meds and is really worn down. He's been shouldering it for more than a year now and it's talking a toll. If Ian hadn't stepped in Noah would have continued on this path of self-sacrifice that is neither healthy for him NOR the child. The child also isn't getting the best meds and quality of care he needs. On top of that, the pharmaceutical company doing research is available, but since it belongs to DoYoon's company he's too scared to go seek help there. One way or another he's losing his health and the child is sick so he needs more help than he can handle. Also, working extra is hard on him and gives him less time to be able to look after his child. Doesn't seem like he has anyone around to help him to care for his child either....relief can only be found via the baby's alpha daddy
