Yeah in Korea it is called a conception dream. Sometimes a close family member will have it for the pregnant couple and they have tradition of "buying it" from that member through gifts.

I heard if you have a dream of some sort of animal it’s because of pregnancy or any time of thing. If it’s constantly a dream about the same thing it’s pregnancy.
