Now I don't think they have said how many years it has been, but if we are assuming that they have not been marrying each other only, then they should not be more related then if you are born in the same city.

Ik the family line is more diluted now but from what I assume the fl have the most amount of divine power and (idk the spoilers) as per isekai rules the ml will also have the strongest power which means that they are most similar to the founder who were siblings.
