The bartender and the art teacher continue their illicit relationship, and the bartender even proposes with the wedding ring the art teacher already wears. Σ( ̄□ ̄||) Yet the art teacher seems to still have feelings for the owner, and the bartender walks in on them kissing. This is explained as testing his feelings. (“I need to make out with him one more time so I can make sure I actually like you.” (︶︿︶) The bartender and the art teacher have hot sex one more time, and the bartender says it’s the last: “you’re still married and I’m not good enough for you yet.” We even get some dialogue between the wife and the owner (she thinks her husband has restarted his relationship with the owner), which brings you back to the whole cheating thing…and ruins any remaining possible romance in this story. Even after the time skip, when the art teacher is divorced and the bartender comes to pick him up in a nice suit, it’s nothing but one giant ick. Super disappointed in the whole story, despite enjoying this author’s other works.
