I think their curse is related to their inner desires. The eldest has chronic insomnia so her curse is to always want to sleep, the middle has eating disorder and so she can't eat freely and hence her curse is that she can never feel full, and MC has been hiding her lust and so her curse is that she can never control her lust anymore.
