If you go the the "more comments" section, there's a comment by Kuze saying that this story is trash -- basically, they just give their opinion on this manga, which is not a problem. *shrugs*

I just tend to ignore these kind of comments... I decide myself whether a story is okay for me or not. *shrugs*

I don't think it's a problem. I just move on, I really don't care, I will decide myself whether a story is worth reading or not. It's their personal opinion based on a big pile of nothing or maybe they have already checked the manga out somewhere else.
