The official platform the author is posting it in costs money to actually read it. The 4th chapter I found was only the sample, same with other platforms. (*꒦꒳꒦)
So without spending money, the only way I could think of is just to wait till someone/author posts the chapter because the author is actually the person also posting the english version this site!
ah also the 4th chapter was released recently so I will guess maybe in a month or something the author/someone will post the english version here.
