agreed. I think her thought process at the time probably came from being raised to support her family above all else and also that her husband is the one who won the war and wiped out so many people. It's one thing to start smth and it's another thing to be the undisputed winner. If you keep reading she sheds this mentality pretty quickly and views him as an ally!

The reason why I paused it was because I also read some other similarities and well it took longer for Mc to understand that their thoughs and process are in the wrong and it almost took the whole series chapter of season 1 for them to understand, so I just wanted some confirmation before continuing on reading this. I'm still around chapter 5 I pases for abit, but I wanted to ask why she is blaming her husband for the war? Wasn't it not her (older?) beother that killed her and instigated a war? So, why blame him and make him (the husband) be the enemy?
