I too didn't know what was inverted nips until someone in my circle talked about how embarrassed they are for having one. We all disagree tho, since she'd rock every swimsuit she wears and didn't need to worry about her nips showing. She kinda learned to like it in the end. She's japanese too. so I think countries where men don't go around shirtless 24/7 have more shame about their bodies, where areas where people were used to men going around in their boxers in public are immune to it
