oop i meant to like, but tbh she didnt really make any moves either.. i think they were both just waiting for the other to make the first move and prob didnt want to ruin the friendship if the feelings werent mutual

but seriously tho, as bora says, why did jay not take any action throughout all those years (+ after coming back) if he liked her?
