That's fine and I agree of the idea of them being behind the bars. I don't know why authors like using SA as plot. At least give the Mc/Ml victims the justice they deserve or if not, then they're just feeding those r4pist mindset readers.
For real. A lot of readers would say, this is just fiction or "not becoz i like this means i enjoy it irl" but what they dont tend to understand is that there is a thin line between what's real in our heads and what's not. The mind is so powerful that if we feed it too much of smth, it takes it whether consciously or subconsciously. and if we are not mindful enough or in control of our mind enough, it will control us. What's meant to be just a delusion or "smth u enjoy" becomes more than it should be.
There's a reason why it is said that reading is also an experience, cause our minds gets a lot of influence from what we read, from habits, ideas, beliefs, or even actions.
So personally, i dont believe any reader in here reading disturbing shts and comments that "its fiction and thry just enjoy reading it" cause our mind is wired, no way u enjoy reading something u dont subconsciously, in reality, enjoy or have the possibility to enjoy.
