this sounds a lot like "Trash of the Count's Family" but it's just the mc believing himself to be a trash and he gets stronger bc he doesn't like to get hurt but it carries on too far to the point that he's saving the world and everyone misunderstands him to be op the one he proved wrong all the time was himself
besides that, i think "My School Life Pretending To Be a Worthless Person", "Disastrous Necromancer", and "Leveling With The Gods" are also some of the action stories that have mcs with a hobby of staying lowkey despite being op and kick asses when losers underestimate them
