It's a manga not a manhwa or manhua. It's about the MC who is a 16 or 17 year old boy with long blond hair tied unorganized in different places and his sickly younger sibling.
There's a scene where the ML asked why he tied his beautiful hair like that and tried to touch it but the MC lashed at him. The reason was because he was forced into prostitution because he couldn't afford his younger sibling's medicine and there's this rich man who offered him a deal in exchange for "services". The rich man often complimented his hair and liked to grab it from behind while they do it.
