this manga is an (alpha/beta/omega) universe, commonly referred as omegaverse, in which men can have reproductive organs.

Omega men have uterus.
The Alpha and Beta men don't have one.
The Alpha men have a super dick instead (with knotting).

So this is a manga from the omegaverse project and usually it will have an explanation in the first few pages but this ones doesn't. But in this universe, all females and males can get pregnant, whether they are alphas,betas, or omegas. So the house-husband is in fact all male, he got pregnant and carried the baby in his stomach. Actually, I believe that all men and women that are betas,omegas, and alphas can get pregnant, not just omegas.

alphas and male beta can't cause they have no ovaries :') (but between u & me it's all fiction so it doesn't rly matter how it's all interpreted)

Well actually every omegaverse universe is different. I have read many omega stories that differ between actual books and manga. However, this manga was grouped with other manga in a big omegaverse project by the publisher Fusion Product. One of the other omega stories in this project is called "Abarenbo Honey" by a different author but in the same project.
