I dont think theyre already married in the current movie they have. Its basically just an alternative ending of the series. So a second movie with them being married is new.

usually translations update later compared to the publication in japan so news about adaptations reach to us readers pretty late, and they did end up getting married in that movie tho (SORRY I JUST REMEMBER THEM TO BE) i mean i'd be over the moon if we get a new movie
