Second time asking what manga is this(=・ω・=)
A manga about a high schooler boy (uke) bumping (?) Into the seme that ended up breaking (?) the arm of the seme, so in exhange for that, the uke has to help the seme to write because the seme is an 18+ writer, and the uke is having a hard time writing due to what he had to write. If i remember it right, time passed and the uke is still helping the seme but turns out seme's arm have already healed and was just pretending in order to keep the uke beside him(?)
