Yeah the wiki says Alec is a boy in manhwa meanwhile someone said Alec is a girl in the novel . Wtf how can they just change the gender like this and for what? So unnecessary
Based on the spoilers shared on novel updates - Alec is a girl and the future empress. I doubt she could become the future empress as a boy unless the genre suddenly shifts to omegaverse. Also wanting to a Knight doesn't suddenly make anyone a guy, Alec is a miracle baby so I sure she gets some special privileges in her education which is usually not given to others girls of her time. Also the manhwa hasn't had good translation for a while so there has been multiple times when Alec's gender changed so I wouldn't use that as a reliable source.

I think it will be another war because one cardinal from enemy country doubt bianca is real saintess because no miracle that is for evidence of the saint (chapter 93) but because bianca adamant to live for her baby, so miracle happen and god see another good direction if Alec is a girl ( she become queen)
