This Trope sucks ass

I'm not the type to be against forceful sex, I'll have you know. But there's situations in which it annoys me. And this is one of them.
Matthew loves Jin. And now we are experiencing the "I'm so jealous after finding out you had another man before me... Even though I already knew that. But I'm angry mow"-moment. This Trope seriously needs to die.
Even under the influence, especially since he's surprisingly coherent. He might not quite understand that he's truly doing this to Jin, but his anger is fresh, he didn't have it before, amd more than that, it's real.
He found a guy and the first thing they did was fuck on his Initiative. That very experienced guy seemed to want to fuck him in return for acting as his model.
But yeah, NOW you are angry because you "just" found out that he's promiscuous? Get a life.

That's all the way up there with the Trope of the guy chasing his LI basically to the ends of the world, getting hurt by rejection over and over, but then there's this nonsensical "misunderstanding", usually brought on by a single word that's being understood and then blown out of proportion. And suddenly it's the LI that has to run after the other, because they decide to be butthurt and let go of their undying love. When Sometimes, the LI seemingly being straight didn't manage throw them off track.
But as soon as the LI is also interested in the other, we desperately need drama for the story to continue.

Mattew is not a very mentally stable person even when he is not on drugs! This is why I feel a little conflicted about his character, he really creeps me out sometimes ! I

Well, I must say I don't have a distinct problem with that, especially since he walked into a dangerous world there and I don't think that Jin is that much more stable.
What I have a problem with is the logic behind it. This Trope is used so often, I can only roll my eyes whenever I see it. In this case, the author tried to bring it in while the character was intoxicated in some way, to make it seem more logical. But the truth is, it breaks the character's integrity. From now on, I will always wonder what idiotic brainfart will make him snap next. He knew that Jin was not a virgin - far from it - right from the very beginning. Even under the influence of drugs, those are his real thoughts and no amount of "rEGrEt" is going to undo the damage his character has taken here.
Again, not because he was forceful, but because of the reason he was being forceful for. I can somewhat live with it within the story, since he was drugged and doesn't know he's literally hurting Jin, but the thought itself makes him seem extremely stupid and shallow.
He had the truth in front of his eyes from the beginning, yet he couldn't be bothered until someone told it to his face? And now he feels like he has any right to be angry, even though he could have decided to let go of him the moment he saw Jin come onto like a slut? It's fine to be fine with that - I mean, why not, right? - but it's not fine to hold that against the other later on, pretending like it's news. Moron.

The most ironic thing is: In the beginning, the story played off on the fact that Matthew is a bit special in his behavior, making us think (though I didn't believe it for a second) that he might have some serious issues. Killing smaller animals is always the first indicator of a twisted mind; you will see that a lot of serial killers have had a history of torturing and / or killing pets or small wild animals in their childhood and teenage years. Even if he didn't do that, he was still being very obsessive with Jin.
Had the drug made him phase out and he had decided to act upon some real instinct in wanting to make him his, since he KNEW that he was being quite the slut, I would have taken that a lot better. It would have made him a lot more interesting and driven home his obsessiveness way better than this shallow: "SoMEoNe toLd Me YOu wOuLD SLeeP wiTh WitH eVEryOnE - nOw I'M TRiGgERed."

The way you are saying that makes me believe you're a child, at least in mind you are.
But I will explain it to you anyway: Stories, of different shapes, are escapism. In that, they are used to explore either worlds or things we would either be unable or (in reality) unhappy to experience. Forcefulness, rape and violence in general have been part of pornography from time immemorial.
You are free to like what you like, or be triggered by whatever challenges you and therefore ignore it, but pretending it's not understandable when it has always been around is just naive and makes you sound stupid. That's what stories are there for.
