No third party. No exes to worry about. I wouldn't really say they are friends with benefits because the MC didn't like Caesar for the longest time. Caesar also did some pretty fucked up shit to the MC but now they are lovers! (It's a Mafia story so what do you expect really). I do really like the art and it is one of my favorite stories on this site.
