Maybe the artist contract with that story stopped with the author. In Korea, it’s normal for author to hire artist to draw for certain amount of years. :(

Lucia will reportedly have a new artist working on the third season due to the original artist working on a new webcomic. As the original artist, TARUVI took a hiatus last year due to their poor health, it is unlikely they will be able to work on Lucia and the second webcomic.
Oh. But this artist has quite similar art style as lucia one, no?
