There’s this one weird manga (I think cause it was black and white) that I remember skimming through years ago. Basically two friends, one buys a knock off vending machine juice and gives it to the other then the other friend drinks it and turns into a girl(?!) they don’t know how to undo it and idk but at the time it was left on a cliffhanger where they found the producer of the juice and the guy (girl?) who drank it decides to turn back into a guy…
