It’s the ml’s boss. Basically ml and mc live next to each other and they start become friendly. Mc is a teacher and ml is a high school dropout that’s not good at studying. Ml is a hit man and he was studying for his GED so he told his boss he was gonna quit but his boss literally degraded him. The boss just ignored his resignation and told him to live within his means but the boss looks like the weak type and it was mentioned he don’t do nun physically so that’s why I said ml needs to beat his ass. Anyways, bc he made ml feel like shit he started avoiding mc whos a teacher and then the chapter ended.
