Maybe he didn’t know he had cancer. Just he has some stress induced gastritis or smth that causes his stomachaches and it soon worsened or smth and he also got cancer later on or smth I think he said his family has a history of heart health issues or smth idek anymore
I am not talking about how he let it get this bad. I was referring to the fact that he still denies treatment even after finding out what’s wrong.
Ooo yea☠ he said smth like he doesn’t mind doing early since he’s sick but then he met the mc.

The guy has cancer and is avoiding treatment. Does that make sense to anyone here because it surely doesn’t to me.
